Why we started Reebilt.
We spent our careers inside large engineering organizations, and we kept seeing the same three problems. Teams ran critical work on spreadsheets, email chains and copy and paste. Companies paid for big software licenses and used a fraction of the features. And good ideas stayed on the whiteboard because custom software cost too much and took too long. AI changed that math. We started Reebilt to fix all three: rebuild the way your team works, replace the software you pay for but barely use, and turn your idea into a working system. We build it, host it and run it. You own it.

Michol has spent more than 20 years leading engineering organizations that modernize complex systems, and has a record of cutting cost while doing it.
Most recently, Michol was Director of Software Development at Oracle Health, leading a 60-person global organization behind national health data exchange platforms. Under Michol's leadership, the API gateway grew from 1 million to 4 billion monthly transactions and incidents dropped 95%. As VP of Engineering at Lessen, Michol led a 100-person organization, cut AWS costs by 67% and annual operating costs by 30%, and moved customers onto a new platform after a merger with minimal data loss. Michol also served as Director of Engineering at Microsoft, leading backend services for Intune.
Michol started at GoDaddy as a software engineer and rose to Director of Engineering over 14 years, overseeing one of the world's largest certificate authorities and a $250 million data center migration. Michol holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. Michol is also an NCAA Division I women's basketball official. Game nights run on tight schedules, clear communication, and no room for error. Reebilt builds software the same way.

Alan has spent more than 20 years turning legacy systems into modern platforms that run at national scale. That work is the foundation of Reebilt.
Most recently, Alan was a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Oracle Health, leading the design of a national Health Information Network for secure clinical data exchange. The API gateway Alan architected handled more than 200 million transactions a day, and the deployment automation Alan built made releases 70% faster.
Across nearly two decades at GoDaddy, Alan rose to Principal Engineer and led the certificate and security platforms behind SSL/TLS issuance worldwide. Alan moved those systems from aging monoliths to modern services and cut deploy times by 60%. Earlier roles include low-latency trading systems at J.P. Morgan Chase. At Reebilt, Alan leads engineering and makes sure every system we build is secure, reliable, and simple to run.
